She's One!

We celebrated Sofie's first birthday with family and friends at our place Satuday night. It was a great for Sofie because she ate a piece of cake and got to stay up late and play with her new toys. It's hard to believe that an entire year has gone by but we've loved every minute of Sofie Mae. It's been a month since she took her first steps and now she's walking/running everywhere! She no longer tolerates the giant bows so I made her a matching necklace and bracelet so she wouldn't be mistaken for a boy. She says Mama and Dada, but mostly Dada, and Oh Wow. Last month we were looking at apartments in Dallas and as we walked in the front door to see one of them she blurted, "Oh Wow!"
