Tampa by way of Chicago

After graduation we sold everything we could on Craigslist, packed up the rest of our stuff, and headed east. We moved to Tampa for the summer so that I can sell security systems and so that Camilla and the girls can enjoy some great beach and pool time. Spencer and Aly were moving to Washington DC at the same time so we made the trip with them. I was stoked because by taking the northern route with them, we would pass right through Chicago --- home of my very own Chicago Cubs.
The trip was amazing. Sofie and Lucy were wonderful. Camilla and I enjoyed spending all day with each other for the whole week which was so nice. And I spent the drive drinking Coke, spitting barbeque sunflower seeds, and singing along with my girl Beyonce.

We drove through Wyoming, Nebraska, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and then we made it to Florida. We also made a quick stop in Colorado just for fun.

The highlight for me, besides Sofie throwing up in the car, was Wrigley Field on May 1st. The place is amazing. I'm lucky I didn't go to college in Chicago because I would not have got much accomplished as most Cubs games are day games. Sofie even loved sitting in her own seat while eating a hot dog and looking at me frightened because I was screaming like a lunatic during the game.

Life is good.
