Last night I was having a sentimental moment just thinking about how much I love these ladies. We honestly have a ball everyday. They are so sweet and so good to me. Sofie is officially over her pushing stage and they play so well together. I often catch them laughing their heads off together or Sofie singing "I am a Child of God" to Lucy. Sofie is still sleeping in her crib these days because even though she has learned how to climb out she is too scared to do it. They share a room just big enough to fit their two white cribs side by side. Every morning we wake up to the two of them laughing or just talking to each other.
They had a check up a couple weeks ago and they are both in the 90th percentile for height and weight. Lucy is 10 months and weighs 22 lbs and Sofie is 26 months and weighs 31 lbs.
Lucy is getting more comfortable walking and she can walk across the room now. She waves her arms wildly, shaking them at the wrists when she's excited. It's especially funny when she does this while walking. This week we switched her to a toddler car seat and she loves the new point of view! She is still a smiley goose and is always happy. She's our cuddly one and falls asleep in our arms at church every week. (Sofie has never done this.) She says mama and dada.
Sofie is so sweet. She is good at saying "thank you mommy" for every little thing and she LOVES to sing. Her favorites are ABC's (She is singing as I type), Itsy Bitsy Spider, Child Of God. I love to see the Temple, If you're happy and you know it, Row row row your boat, Old McDonald, and Follow the Prophet. Many of these she learned exclusively in Nursery and came home and would sing the new songs she learned at random times throughout the week! She still loves taking care of her baby and spends most of her time with her baby in her arms. She loves going to the daycare at the gym. She begs me to go all day and knows that when it is almost time to go. She says "Go put your gym clothes on mom, in your closet!" That's incentive to work out right?
I wish my babies could stay like this forever!

Love that song. Your girls are so beautiful! Enjoy them while they're little!
They are so sweet. I cant believe Lucy walks - Linc is slowly working on it. They grow so fast. I totally know what you mean when you say you want them to stay how they are now.
