Jarem and I had a conversation about our finances this weekend and came to the conclusion that we need to cut back on recreational shopping and save for upcoming baby purchases.
On Monday I noticed that something wasn't right with the pregnancy, but I waited until my scheduled appointment on Wednesday. It was confirmed that I lost my mucus plug (sorry that sounds gross) and that I need to stay in bed as much as possible to keep my almost 29 week old baby in utero a bit longer. Among the list of Do's and Don'ts I was given by my beloved OB (not sarcastic, I really do love her) was the resounding NO SHOPPING. I am completely confined to my apartment and partially confined to the couch/bed.
Is this a cruel joke?
Ps. Baby and I are fine as long as I stay down. When I stand or walk the contractions start up again. Jarem has been able to work from home so we've got things under control. Thank you for your love and prayers.

Oh my goodness!!! Keep that baby safe!!! Good luck...and I know you're trying to cut back, but don't worry...there's plenty of fun stuff to find online. ;)

Hope all is well, keep that baby safe! I need some motivation to stop shopping as well :) Let us know if you need anything!
Wow - I hope everything is okay! I am just under a week behind you, if I got that kind of news I would probably freak out but I am sure you are handling it perfectly! Wish we could help
Oh man that is not fun. I hope all is well. Now is a time to take up a new hobby that doesn't take much movement. Do you have Super Mario Brothers for the Wii?
we are coming to take care of you guys!! although, my cooking won't be as good as yours ... see you soon.
holy cow... for a mother of two little ones, bed rest is a cruel joke. Glad you and the baby are ok! Take it easy! I love seeing all your updates and your beautiful little girls!
you and baby are in our prayers! what a blessing that jarem can work from home!
you'll just have to blog more now :)
i just found out today that lauren gets to come take care of you and the girls. I must say that I don't envy the situation and pray everything is fine with you and the babe... but im jealous! I wanna come have a girls weekend with you, lauren, soap, and the goose.
camilla. i hope all is well. it's such a blessing that you have your cute sis in law lauren there to help and that jarem can stay home. we are on a strict budget ourselves now that we have student loans. it sometimes too restricting for me, but in the end i know it will be better. good luck cute girl.
Oh man!! Everything will be fine! You're sweet boy will be totally good, no need to worry. I don't envy you the bed rest though...sorry about that!!
