Bath Robes

This is what happens at the Hallows home when Camilla goes to body pump class at Gold's and leaves Jarem and Sofie home alone. Jarem is reading the Ensign to Sofie, trying to get her to fall asleep.

For the record, let me explain how it got to the point of me reading Sofie the Ensign in a bath robe. I will proceed in reverse order of the events of how this nightmare actually occured.







I put on my bath robe, grabbed the Ensign, and started reading aloud to her.

This beautiful pink robe is compliments of Aunt Kristen Daniels. But as I watched Sofie sitting in her boppy she looked so dang comfortable, so I couldn't resist......

Sofie was cold after the bath and diaper change so I thought, "What would I do if I were cold after taking a shower?" Then the idea came....bath robe.

After a nice bath in the kitchen sink, both Sofie and I were soaked. I used baby soap this time though, because last time I got scolded for using Old Spice High Endurance. She came out "smelling like a teenage boy." I had learned my lesson.

I stripped her down and left the remains for Camilla to clean up, hoping that this pile of smell would convince her to leave home less often.



Thats just not nice. Especially when Dad is home alone and trying to do his tax homework. I toyed with the idea of just cutting the onesie off of her.

Sofie and I were just hanging out on the couch when I heard a bubbling sound. I quickly checked the stove, but there was not any water boiling. I couldn't figure it out until.....
